Rub the yeast with a spoonful of sugar until it dissolves. In a bowl mix the butter with the powdered sugar, then put the eggs. Incorporate sour cream, yeast, essence, and finally flour, which we put in tranches. Mix well with your hands until you get a tender and non-sticky dough. We cover it and let it rest for 40 minutes.
We mix the ground walnut with the sugar. We divide the jam into 3 bowls, evenly.
After this time we divide the dough into 4 equal sheets (be careful to be equal, for me the last sheet was a little smaller, I pulled it, and at the ends it broke). We line a large stove tray with baking paper. We spread the first sheet, place it in the tray. Grease it with jam from a bowl, then sprinkle a mixture of walnuts with sugar. We put again leaf, jam, walnut with sugar, leaf, jam, walnut with sugar and at the end the last leaf. Heat the oven, set a suitable temperature and put the cake. Leave it for about 45-50 minutes, until the top sheet is nicely browned. When it is ready, take it out and let it cool.
Break the chocolate in a stainless steel bowl. Pour the whipped cream and put the bowl on the steam bath. Stir continuously until the chocolate melts. Put the bowl aside, pour the icing lightly over the cold cake. Leave it at room temperature until it cools, then let it cool.
Portion and serve! Thanks for the recipe Adriana :)
