I copied my mother's recipe book in a few days. She is passionate about cooking and when she was at work she exchanged recipes with her colleagues. Now he prepares them with astonishing speed. Thank you mom!!

  • 1 Union margarine
  • 1 cup sugar (use a cup of tea)
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup sugar (for caramel)
  • 2 was Neapolitan

Servings: -

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Lica Sheets (mother's recipe):

Put the margarine in a saucepan together with 1 cup of sugar, the 3 whole eggs. All are put on the stove over low heat (otherwise the eggs will turn into an omelet).

Stir constantly until the composition thickens then add the chopped walnuts.

Put the other cup of caramelized sugar in another pan, taking care not to burn it. When the sugar has caramelized, add it over the thickened composition above, stirring quickly. It will start to boil.

The whole mixture is placed between the 2 wafer sheets over which a weight is placed and put in a cool place to harden.

It is usually cut the next day.

if the whole composition seems a bit liquid, mix a few simple crushed biscuits.
