RECIPE PREPARATION Spinach dish:
Put the oil and butter in a saucepan over low heat, cut the garlic into small pieces and put it to harden (30 sec) then add the teaspoon of flour and mix well after which we add the yogurt and milk. Put the spinach and let it boil for about 15 minutes, take the pan off the heat and put the spinach through the robot, adding the grated cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
It can be eaten with egg yolks or fried parizer.
