We wash the plums, remove the seeds and drain them.

Boil the potatoes in salted water, clean them and mix them as for puree. Add flour, oil, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, a pinch of salt and knead a dough not too hard.

Dress each plum in a piece of dough, round it and put it in boiling water, on low heat and let it rise to the surface, then let it boil for a little longer, 5-10 minutes. Remove the dumplings with a whisk and drain them -o sita.

Heat the breadcrumbs in a little butter, add cinnamon and powdered sugar to taste and add the dumplings through this composition.
