RECIPE PREPARATION Sweet Madness:

In a large bowl beat eggs with sugar; add oil, yogurt, vanilla sugar and baking powder quenched with lemon juice. Add the rum essence and mix everything well. We put the rags of the pie sheets in the composition obtained until they penetrate. Pour the composition into a heat-resistant dish, put the cake in the oven for approx. 35-40 minutes until browned.


While it is in the oven, prepare the burnt sugar syrup: burn on a very low heat 6-7 tablespoons of brown sugar and when it starts to caramelize, add three large glasses of water. Let the caramel melt and simmer until slightly reduced.
