Beat the egg whites with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Rub the yolks with the mayonnaise-like oil until they become a cream, then mix with the beaten egg whites. Then add the milk, salt and flour mixed with baking powder and mix with the mixer until incorporated.

Pour into a tray lined with baking paper and place the cherries on top. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
